One of the best things about having bleached eyebrows (not necessarily blonde), is that it brightens up the entire face. Rule of thumb is, your brows should be about 1/2 to 1 shade lighter than your natural hair color. If you already have naturally blonde hair, then you can go 1/2 to 1 shade darker than your natural har color.
