Clinique Repairwear Laser Focus is now in Manila!

#spotlight

To try and make my skin heal faster, I am aiding it with Clinique's Repairwear Laser Focus which promises to smooth, restore, and correct skin imperfections (and in my case, early signs of wrinkles... AAAAAH!!) I must admit, I am getting a little antsy waiting for my skin to heal from the laser wart removal and I doing everything that I can to help my skin build new skin faster!

The scabs are really itchy and I know I can't scratch or remove them to avoid scarring. All I can do is apply an alcohol free toner, antibacterial cream, this serum and my regular day/night moisturizer. At least for now.

Your 'Perfect Solution' in Removing Excess Dirt, Oil, and Makeup!

#productreview #spotlight

TONER TIME! I love toner. I think that it is the most important piece of skin care that is part of your regime. If you don't already know, toner DOES NOT close the pores. Your pores are not doors, they don't open and close. The tightness you feel after you tone your face is actually the pores being dirt and oil free. The cleaner they are, the more tight and taught it feels. That's where the moisturizer comes in.

Let's admit it, we've all been there or still are: Putting makeup is lots of fun, but it's such an effort for us to completely erase it at night. Guilty as charged. Makeup removal can be fun when you use products like Snoe's FOAMING Cleansing Oil!

Black/whiteheads 'BE GONE!' with iWhite!

#productreview

Every third person in this planet hates black and white heads, and about more than half of those people can't afford to have a facial to remove this dirty little things with monthly appointments to the derma.

So, best alternatives? DIY Home Pore Strips/Wax/Treatments. I always bought nose strips -you know? the ones that you wet and apply it on your nose and they harden and very fun to peel off? That one. Another favorite of mine is Garnier's Self Heating Mask. Those really do heat up, open up your pores and clean them!

Tone and Mask with One Product!

#spotlight

One of the reasons why some women don't like using toner it's because they would say it stung and it made their skin feel so dry and tight. With Avon's Anew Vitale Toner, you can now tone without the sting!

Lift and Tighten with BRTC

#productreview

I first discovered BRTC when I was searching for Korean skin care online about 2 years ago. That's when I came across BRTC, and have been hooked on their skin care ever since. A Korean brand that is available only online here in Metro Manila, but is all over Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea and Japan.

I'm thrilled to tell you about BRTC's Pore Tightening System: Closes large pores, controls sebum, and moisturizes skin for an overall healthy glow! Not to mention, erases wrinkles and firms the skin for instant lifting!

Removing eye makeup is a pill. Specially when you come home from a drunken night and just want to sleep. Ewww, but sleeping with all the gook on your eyes, lips, and face can do more harm than good! I make it a point that I completely remove my makeup at night no matter what time I get home, and that's why H2O+ has become my new best friend.

Turn back the clock with Lancome's Visionnaire Yeux

#productreview #whatsnew

A couple of weeks ago, I received Lancome's latest eye cream, the Visionnaire Yeux. I took photos of it and waited two weeks until I posted it because I wanted to write a good review on it. Actually, it would have been better if I used it for a month but I was too excited!

Physiogel Beauty Circle Event

#events

Long before Physiogel made it big in the market, I was already using Physiogel on myself and my clients. I was prescribed by my derma to use Physiogel's Intense Cream for my rough, dry spots all over my face and voila! They were gone in under a week!

Bye Bye Baggies!

#productreview

I have never been the eyebag kinda girl until recently when I have been sleeping late the past few weeks. (In-denial me says: They grew puffy overnight, I swear!) My cousin's visit to Manila bringing me goodies from Shiseido was just perfect timing!

Since this was a gift (my cousin gave me 2 packs), I can't give you the price here in Manila. But in the US, they cost around $62 (more or less PhP2,600) for a box of 12 applications.

Seeing Yellow! (Product Feature and Giveaway)

#productfeature #giveaway

Despite Clinique being one of the most hypoallergenic company there is in the world of cosmetics today, my skin can never seem to respond to Clinique products. For some reason, my skin flakes and dries, and so for years I avoided Clinique thinking we were just not M.F.E.O. -My skin is picky and weird that way! Ugh.

Until recently... Clinique has reformulated their "Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion", taking them more than 6 years to revamp, and has now come up with the NEW and improved formula: Lotion + (plus)!

Elizabeth Arden Visible Whitening Night Capsules

#skincare #whitening

A couple of months back, I was invited to the launch of Elizabeth Arden's Visible Whitening Line and I was just tickled pink! In spite of the fact I already have fair skin, I am addicted to whitening products, specially skin care.

Luxury whitening products don't make your skin stark white for the sake of making your whole face white making it look like you're wearing a kabuki mask, but instead, they target areas of your skin that produce too much melanin then balances your skin out. The results are flawless, bright, and natural.

Hydrating Your Skin with H2O

I'm back! OMG. It has been one crazy month! I was filming a Korean Indie Film but we wrapped up our shoot so I am back to blog! Yay!

So, let me tell you about my wonderful experience with H2O. I have one of the driest skins ever and I have to use really creamy, heavy moisturizing products to make my skin supple (even with a very religious skin care regime).

H2O is finally in Manila! And thank you to the wonderful team of H2O for sending me a sample kit!

MUJI Moist Skin Care

MUJI is a brand known for their storage and other home stuff so finding makeup and skin care in their store is a little weird. But for some reason, I am always sold for anything that is made in Japan. This is my second set of skin care from the brand, and this is the first time I am writing about it.

L'Action Scar Reducing Oil

Ever since I ran out of Lancome's spot eraser weeks ago, I have been in the market looking for a good replacement. I usually use Garnier's spot eraser but I wanted to try something new, something my skin is not used to yet.

So I headed out to Beauty Bar and discovered L'Action's Scar Reducing Oil.
